The album cover alone should peak your interest but, once you actually delve into this album, you will see that no other metal album this year sounded this good. Thick walls of guitar shade gorgeous melodies that continue to reveal themselves with each subsequent listen. If I had found this album sooner, it might have even been higher on this list.
